Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

Once our warehouse inspects the items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
